Hello! My name is Priscilla.
First and foremost, I am a proud mom to a wonderful 22-year-old young man; he is my absolute everything !
I am someone who holds a diverse range of hobbies and skills, which contributes to my part-time businesses, apart from this fulfilling holistic practice that I am passionate about. I am an artist who enjoys expressing creativity through various mediums, a photographer who loves capturing magical moments, and an interior designer who finds joy in transforming spaces! I also have a deep love for cooking, and my friends affectionately call me the OG “Nora Smith,” lol
Before starting my practice, I had an interest in psychology, which led me to study at the university and I also studied Early childhood development. Following my studies, I also explored various opportunities, I worked in day-cares, elementary schools and including a brief stint working in show homes, where I gained valuable insights into design and aesthetics.
I have always felt a strong and profound calling to support people on their healing journey, particularly stemming from my personal experiences growing up with intergenerational trauma. I witnessed firsthand how my family’s emotional and somatic well-being has been profoundly affected due to the lack of support they received during their life. This deeply ingrained passion drives me to assist others in their healing journeys.
I began my holistic practice back in 2010, and since that time, it has evolved significantly. Initially, I started out as a spiritual reader and guide, hypnotherapist and “shamanic” healer, deeply connecting with traditional ancient methods of healing. I was always cognizant of trauma and mental health, however, hadn’t had the formal education. until…
Early in 2015, I had a profoundly transformative encounter with a divine being, a moment that would irrevocably change the trajectory of both my personal life and my business journey. Although this was not the first time I had been visited by what many individuals refer to as an "Ascended Master," this experience was particularly impactful. She revealed herself to be the Bodhisattva Kwan Yin (Guan Yin), and through her compassionate guidance, she directed me towards a path that was both enlightening and slightly different from my previous endeavours. Kwan Yin encouraged me to delve deeper into the intricate subjects of shadow-work, trauma and the complexities of the nervous system. (Read full story on my encounter with Kwan Yin)
In pursuit of this knowledge, I enrolled in a program to become a certified somatic and embodiment practitioner which derived from teachings of Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk. This program encompassed crucial elements such as Polyvagal Theory and various trauma-informed approaches to healing. While this training undoubtedly qualifies me to hold compassionate space for individuals navigating trauma, it is important to note that it does not grant me the authority to diagnose conditions, or work with individuals who may need a qualified psychologist. Aside from Somatic and Embodiment certification, I also hold certifications for Reiki, Life, Relationship and Grief coaching, and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
So, for about five years, I was deeply dedicated to the fields of somatics and trauma healing, during which time I gained a wealth of experience and developed a profound understanding of human consciousness. I learned extensively about how individual traumas can significantly impact everyday life and the dynamics of personal relationships. Throughout that period, however, I began to realize that I was starting to miss the enriching aspects of my spiritual and mystical work. Ultimately, at the core of my being, I recognize that I am a mystic. Part of this innate quality was bestowed upon me through the sacred lineages of my ancestors, where energy work and intuitive practices are not regarded as taboo, but rather embraced as integral components of our culture. Having roots in the Andean Highlands, I am surrounded by a rich of heritage that values these traditions. On my maternal side of the family, the majority of us are intuitive mediums and clairvoyants; however, many in the family remain unpracticed. Growing up, I was fortunate to have a supportive environment that allowed me to explore the depths of my intuition and healing abilities with freedom and encouragement.
That being said, I have now fully integrated my trauma-informed somatics education into my spiritual practice, and I now consider myself more of an eco-somatics practitioner. This shift in perspective is deeply rooted in the traditional beliefs and philosophy of my ancestors, which harmoniously ties in with the rich and profound teachings of Andean cosmology. Through this integration, I aim to create a holistic approach that honors both the body and the spirit. I want to add that I fully understand that my stories might seem out of this world, quite literally, but I am completely honest in sharing my deeply personal experiences, in which many people have been witnesses to these profound moments. I take great joy in expanding the consciousness of individuals who are open-minded and genuinely willing to learn something different from their usual perspectives.
I love being a mom! I am very family oriented.
I was born in Lima, Peru. My father’s side of the family are from Chile, and on my mother’s side, Peru.
I’m a huge nerd for anything to do with: Psychology, anthropology-human evolution, holistic healing, spirituality-the unknown, astronomy, history, culinary arts, & the list goes on!.
When I am not working, I am probably practicing my photography, out at night chasing the Aurora, & stargazing with friends! I am always baking & cooking, Painting, decorating, engaging with my son, or having car-therapy sessions with close friends!
I am a lifetime student always learning through experience, taking courses, reading anything that helps me evolve & enhance myself & my practice.
I took the psychology program at the university & found myself orienting towards a spiritual “shamanic” path instead, which took me on a beautiful journey back to my ancestors and their traditions.
My educational background & certifications consists of: Hypnotherapy, Early Childhood Development, Psychology, Life, grief, & Relationship coaching, Reiki, & Somatic- Embodiment certification.
I am currently finishing up a diploma in Interior Design!
I am a very casual and easy going person, I am my full, whole self, without apology.
On our first session together, I go through agreements, and boundaries for the wellbeing of our work together.
I am culturally-informed, & respect traditions and spiritual practices of other cultures, therefore, I do not culturally- appropriate spiritual closed practices or cultural traditions .
I don’t practice "cult" healing; I offer authentic spiritual healing based on my cultural roots and I make sure I have a good understanding of the cultural history of any outside practices I use.
My practice is always evolving, the more I immerse myself in learning what is healthy in the world of therapy, the more my practice grows.
Here are a few details about me that I would like to share with you:
My family, on my mother’s side, are all gifted with extra sensory perception.
My ancestors were fortune tellers, sound healers, musicians, artists & traditional healers.
I am a clairvoyant, clairaudient, medium, medical intuitive & a channel. I trust my intuition. However, I do not offer mediumship & medical intuitive services for trauma-informed reasons.
I am a lucid dreamer, I have prophetic dreams & “shamanic” dreams.
I am an astral traveller. I’ve been astral projecting since childhood & I am conscious while traversing the dimensions.
I had a “Kundalini awakening” by divine intervention with Jesus in 2002. (Before I even knew what Kundalini was! see Blog story)
I do not identify myself as New Age or religious. I follow my ancestral traditional Andean-Cosmology.
I am not exactly a “shaman” , in Peru we don’t traditionally use that term, however, with the western influences, “shaman” is accepted in the modern world. I identify myself as an Andean energy healer: “Curandera”.
Spirit know me as the “Black Jaguar/Puma”. (blog story)
I work with elemental water spirits, some might call them “mermaids”, but they are not exactly like westernized “mermaids”. They are Pachamama water spirits.
I am known to the gatekeepers. (blog story)
My spirit teacher/guide is Kwan Yin (Guanyin), The Bodhisattva of compassion & forgiveness. I have a relationship with her. (See blog)
I have worked with & met with divine spirits taking on a physical form also known as earth angels.
I used to work for a paranormal investigations team, and now I am hoping back into it and creating my own, with podcast.
I am not shy or ashamed to disclose this spiritual part of me, it is the norm where I come from, and it is the norm in most cultures. When someone calls my practice “woo woo”, I find that it is a form of disrespect to my culture.
The Andes & the Amazon in South America, are known for their “shamanic” healing, and psychedelic journeying, for good reason. It has been a part of our culture for centuries.
